This detached lodge is situated on the owners' smallholding near the Shropshire village of Chelmarsh and sleeps five people in three bedrooms.
The Lodge is a detached property situated close to the owners' farmhouse, on a 26 acre smallholding, two miles from the village of Chelmarsh, six miles from Bridgnorth in Shropshire. This single-storey cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, including one with an en-suite shower, plus there is a separate single bedroom and a bathroom with roll-top bath at the property. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a front, enclosed lawned garden with decked area, furniture and barbecue. The Lodge provides excellent accommodation for visiting historic towns and villages, along with some of Shropshire's famous attractions, such as the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site.

Central heating powered by multi-fuel stove with portable oil-filled electric radiators. Double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 4 x TVs with full Sky (except Sky Sports), DVDs, WiFi. Fuel, power and fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Front, enclosed lawned garden with decked area, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: All TVs must watch the same Sky channel, 3 have DVD players. Note: Due to the property being on a working smallholding, ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside. |
